This ecommerce facility is only available for deliveries to New Zealand addresses.

Shipping

Racetech use Poste Haste couriers for small to medium items, and Castle Parcels for medium to large items – these consignments will have a 1 to 2 day delivery time in the North Island, and a 3 to 4 day delivery time in the South Island. Delivery will be made Monday to Friday. Delivery may be delayed if we require payment confirmation or clarification of delivery details.

Please request a quote if you have special delivery requirements.

If we receive your order and payment prior to 3pm, we will dispatch your goods that day, provided stock is available. If the goods you ordered cannot be dispatched by the end of the following business day, we will contact you and advise the nearest practical shipping date. If any items in your order are not available, we will give you the option to backorder until the item arrives, have part delivery of your order, or cancel the entire order. You will only be charged for goods actually dispatched. Deliveries will only be made to your place of residence or office. We will require you to sign for the delivery.

Pricing & currency

Prices listed are in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand goods and services tax (GST) of 15%. We will process all transactions in New Zealand dollars. While we take care to ensure prices are up to date, they are subject to change at any time without notice, and may be limited to stock held at the time. We reserve the right to limit the number of purchases of an item to any customer. 

Returns & liability

Returned products will only be accepted for credit if returned within 7 days of purchase and the product and packaging are in original condition - Racetech reserves discretion to credit returns and reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee. Postage is not refundable. Neither the seller nor manufacturer will be liable for loss, damage or injury arising from the use or inability to determine the use of these products. Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the product or products for its intended use, and the user shall assume all responsibility and risk in connection herewith.
